Game is interesting.

Are you using 32x32 or 64x64 tiles?

found a glitch/ feature. if you jump and touch a wall and look at the opposite direction and jump again, you can perform a wall jump and you can do this infinitely. It's not useful except to see things outside a normal gameplay but it is cool.

Thank you for the bug-report! :) I will look into it and see what I can do. Thanks again!

i would love it if it was kept and was instead used as a feature.

I didn't get possessed :)

Good job! :D

This game BANGS

Wow! Thanks for playing! It was really cool (and quite informative) to watch someone play the game! I'll make sure to make the next version less frustrating! :D Thanks again for playing!

Hey Hayden! Hope all is well with you! Just wanted to let you know I've finally release another game. Feel free to check it out :) https://johanofkarlsson.itch.io/sinbads-abandoned-road-shop

Cool game!! I like the concept and the art style is awesome! There are just a few things I would recommend doing to make the game even better:

  • Having there be a tutorial rather than a quick blurb of text would make the game a little less confusing, however, I like how you tied the mechanics into the story.
  • Wall jumping is possible, and I was able to jump over some invisible walls into the endless void.
  • Pressing E while having the cross plays a sound effect for some reason, despite it not doing anything.
  • Scene transitions would be a cool addition!

Otherwise, I really enjoyed playing this! Looking forward to the full release!

Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for playing! I'll try to squash those bugs for the next release!

So, you can jumo into these walls, it feels kinda off. You might want to change the hiboxes of these blocks,

Yeah, it was one of the known bugs I accepted when releasing the demo, but will work it away in later releases. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!

Can't  wait for full

Thanks for playing! Really cool to see someone play it! And also very informative for me as designer. There are some pesky points in the game that I'll try to fix for next release. Thanks again!

Interesting concept! I liked the art style and the little comic at the start. :)

Thank you for playing! Hope you enjoyed it! :)
