Meet Zahr-Gheist; the poet of pain!

This is a monster for your TTRPG of choice. The rules are written specific enough to be useful but also vague enough to be usable in any TTRPG.

Here's an excerpt from the rules:

"Zahr-Gheist, also known as the poet of pain, is a hateful creature who is always drunk out of his mind to numb the bitterness he feels for being nearsighted. 

His strange, eccentric singing can make even the toughest warrior question their sanity.

Zahr-Gheist is not a god, but a lesser daemon. He has the ability to prolong the life of any creature (himself included) as long as they can withstand the pain inflicted on their minds and souls caused by his dreadful chanting and singing."
